1. Do I need a reservation?

Yes, if your group consists of more than 10 people.
Reservations are not available for smaller groups. (Groups of up to 20 people may purchase tickets online.)

The maximum capacity of one guided tour group is 20 people.
If your group is larger, it must be divided.

2. Is it better to call or send an email?

To arrange a reservation, it is always better to contact us by phone via the landline number.
Your preferred time may already be fully booked.

By arranging your visit over the phone, you save both your time and ours and avoid lengthy email communication while searching for an available time slot.

3. Payment

Payment for group admission is accepted in cash only and must be made in one transaction for the entire group before the tour begins.

We kindly ask group leaders to prepare the exact amount to help speed up the check-in process.

4. Do I need to report children under 6 years old when making a reservation? They don’t pay anyway…

Yes. Although children under 6 years of age enter free of charge, they must be included in the total number of visitors.

5. When will a reservation not be made?

A reservation cannot be made:

If you are not an organized group (coach tour), but individual visitors, a family, or friends. Individual visitors do not need and cannot make reservations for operational reasons.

If you request a reservation for the same day you are calling.

If the tour capacity is already fully booked.

6. What information do I need for a reservation?

The tour route you wish to visit, or a combination of Tour I and Tour II

7. Is there a fee for making a reservation?

No. Reservations are free of charge.

8. Additional information

Advance booking for group visits ensures smooth visitor operations, prevents unnecessary waiting, and guarantees the group entry to the tour at the scheduled time.

Groups must arrive at the ticket office no later than 15 minutes before the tour begins.

In case of arrival delays (traffic complications, etc.), please contact the ticket office immediately using the phone number provided above.

Tours of individual routes differ and are only available with a guide.

Visitors are kindly asked to remain on the designated tour route, stay with the guide, and follow all instructions.

Touching exhibited objects, endangering exhibits, damaging walls or murals is strictly prohibited.

Photography is permitted inside the castle interiors without flash.
